Senior AI/ML Engineer
Design and build production VLM pipelines for document intelligence and visual inspection. You will work with Gemini, OpenCV, and FastAPI to ship AI agents that process thousands of documents daily for enterprise clients in insurance, healthcare, and mortgage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building ML/AI systems in production
- Strong experience with Vision Language Models (Gemini, GPT-4V, or similar)
- Proficiency with OpenCV, image processing pipelines, and document parsing
- Hands-on with FastAPI, Celery, Docker, and AWS infrastructure
- Solid understanding of evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems
Full-Stack Engineer
Build the interfaces and backend systems that power our AI products. You will own HITL (human-in-the-loop) dashboards, SaaS billing flows, and real-time data pipelines using Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Your work will be used directly by enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency with Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript
- Backend experience with FastAPI or Django, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS deployment
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications is a plus
Business Development (US Market)
Be the first US hire at Xentovia. You will drive enterprise sales for our AI solutions across insurance, healthcare, and mortgage verticals. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy and build lasting relationships with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in enterprise B2B sales, ideally selling AI/SaaS solutions
- Existing network or deep experience in insurance, healthcare, or mortgage industries
- Ability to run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract close
- Comfortable working with a small, technical, India-based founding team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
